Lawster es una firma híbrida que ofrece, de manera enunciativa: constitución de sociedades, contratos y cumplimiento; registro de marcas, derechos de autor y patentes (IMPI, USPTO, EUIPO, INDAUTOR); poderes y gestión notarial; servicios contables y fiscales; y desarrollo de plataformas con inteligencia artificial. Cada servicio se rige por una propuesta económica y, en su caso, contrato específico que prevalece sobre estos Términos.Lawster is a hybrid firm offering, without limitation: incorporation, contracts and compliance; trademark, copyright and patent registration (IMPI, USPTO, EUIPO, INDAUTOR); powers of attorney and notary work; tax and accounting services; and AI-powered platform development. Each service is governed by a commercial proposal and, where applicable, a specific agreement that prevails over these Terms.
